Hi & welcome to my blog.
With so much in our media today about fitness and health. Sometimes it’s hard to know who and what to trust. Gurus appear out of thin air, and being genuine people we tend to accept them at face value, only (sometimes) to be disappointed by them further down the road.


I think that’s it’s important that we are open and honest about our journey, and our credentials, to enable people to make informed decisions about who and what they follow, and give their time and attention to.


I would like to take a moment to explain a little bit more about my background, and “my story”.


My family
My love of “fitness” started from a young age. At age 5, I was introduced to ballet by my parents who strongly believed that it was important to move gracefully and be strong. I ( according to Miss Kiriakopoulos) was good, a natural mover, and so as I became old enough Miss Kiriakopoulos pushed me to  start training semi professionally, meaning 4 hours a day from 10 to 15 years old.


At 15, I moved to the USA and stopped the ballet, which looking back was a shame. But apart from a bit of break for a year or so (when I discovered American boys and fast food) my love of “fitness” was set, and from then on I was always a bit of a fitness class bunny but nothing as passionate as my ballet years.

Fast forwarding, it was only after having my son that fitness again became a very important part of my existence. I suffered from post natal depression and was very quickly prescribed antidepressants. I wanted to feel better so badly that I started along that path, but I wasn’t comfortable, and my husband, although pleased to have a break from the depression, didn’t like the “half awake” person, that I became on Prozac. I chose to change, and to go to the gym and try to self help rather then taking the drugs. I then met Troy my amazing first Personal Trainer. Troy introduced me to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and to full on 30 minute work out sessions & I loved it ❤️ fast, intense, short. It was exactly what I needed and it made me happy. The harder I worked the more my endorphins kicked in and that became my natural happy pill 👏👏


That was 12 years ago and on my return to the U.K 10 years ago there was only one thing I wanted to do and that was to become a Personal Trainer myself and introduce women to this new, very effective way of training 💪


So Results Fitness and Health was created. 3 studios  and an online fitness business later I have now trained and coached around quarter of a million women.


My clients call me their motivational fairy and I accept this nick name proudly 👏👏 .
